The long sides are already hemmed, simply sew the short ends for a quick kitchen project. It has a thicker weave than standard cotton fabrics and varies in texture. Some toweling has a lovely, thick texture and others are of lighter fabric. There are often slubs, in the weave which adds to the natural character and texture of the fabric.
